Come work for a successful Cannabis Cultivator right here in Rhode Island.
We are looking for someone to start at the ground level working under our director of cultivation to learn how to run our facility when needed. The position will require you to be willing to do everything needed to run a grow room. This includes every task from managing plants, to sweeping the floors, and scrubbing the walls when needed. When the grow room tasks are completed, you will often be needed to assist with harvesting, manufacturing, and packaging. We are a small company with a small staff so often you will be working side by side with the partners performing difficult or dirty tasks.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Plant Science/Horticulture or similar completed or close to completion
Must be comfortable on a ladder.
Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds.
Must be 21+
No Cannabis experience required
Will work around school schedules as long as school program is in the plant field.

Wages, Salary and Benefits
Hourly rate will be determined based on qualifications and will increase after first review.
Position will start as part time and hours will increase as experience increases.
